On average, it takes 3-5 business days to print and ship your order. Sometimes we may require help or a new image/design sent. This can delay the process.

We suggest submitting the highest quality image you can, small images exploded will be pixelized and won't look as sharp or high definition. Below are the graphic guidelines we use for each size:

10x16" - 3400x2200px
12x18" - 3800x2600px
14x24" - 3675x2175px
16x35" - 7200x3400px
18x36" - 7300x3700px

Do they have to be this big? No. Some images look great even if blown up. You don't even have to submit it that big. Submit it the highest quality you can and our expert designers will make it work or contact you.

No. At this time, we do not offer custom sizing for our gaming mouse pads. However, our non-sewn edge mats make it easy to cut to size.

Yes, you can use warm water and dish soap to clean most spots. For any hard to clean areas, use a soft-bristled brush.

Yes, we can. We charge a $15 flat fee to design a basic gaming mouse pad. We have a large collection of assets and images at our disposal. If the request is complex, you will be provided with a custom quote.

Older seamless mouse pads did peel, but technology and materials have improved, we guarantee yours new custom mouse pad will not peel or we will replace it, free.

Sewn desk mats are more of a "style preference". Don't believe the hype, the only thing that matters in gaming is comfort, glide, and precision. Most desk mats are sewn before printing, it does not prevent fraying.

We do offer our 16x35 with a sewn edge. We are avid gamers ourselves and have grown to love our seamless mats over the sewn mats.
