USA CUSTOMERS

Free Shipping for All US Orders Over $35

All orders are printed-to-order and prepared in the USA. Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. During peak holiday seasons, this may be 5-7 business days. This includes Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Orders are shipped with USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or DHL. Orders come with tracking and typically arrive within 1-5 business days. There may be COVID delays in your area.

If you'd like to purchase expedited shipping, we have affordable shipping upgrades available at checkout. We can also rush production for an additional amount. Please contact us for more information via email.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Standard shipping international can take 1-6 weeks depending on location. We ship with USPS/DHL and contract with local post offices.

Packages are not shipped with insurance.

PLEASE ALSO BE AWARE that customs and duty fees are due upon delivery and are different for every country. We cannot control when and what fees are charged. We will not send items marked as a "Gift". Free shipping does not apply to international orders. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

For major holidays/shopping seasons, please order 2-3 weeks before to ensure it gets there on time. We cannot guarantee the product will be printed and shipped on time, our busiest season is Black Friday and Christmas.

Expedited shipping is available.

UNDELIVERABLE/BAD ADDRESS

We are not responsible for bad addresses or undeliverable mail. Please ensure you have the correct address when ordering and that you are able to accept mail. 

When a package is marked undelivered, unavailable, bad address, refused or returned to seller for any reason, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

If a refund is requested for a non-customized item, a $5.99 fee will be deducted from refund amount to cover the initial shipping fee. This applies for items that shipped for free. For expedited or shipping upgrades, shipping is non-refundable. Custom orders are non-refundable.
