We have a 15-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to return or exchange for a different size or design. Personalized or custom desk mats are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. We do not cover return shipping, but we can deduct a discounted return label from your refund.
To start an return/exchange, you can contact us here. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned, if you have an issue with your order, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards either.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The original purchase minus shipping will be refunded to your account once it has been received, inspected, and approved.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if you decided to make a separate purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You are free to cancel any order within a 12 hour window or before your desk mat has been pushed into production, whichever comes first. Please keep this in mind before ordering. You are free to exchange/return your order after your receive it, read above.
Why the 12-hour window? Each and every desk mat is printed to order. Our mats go into a complex automated process and orders cannot be altered or stopped after entering into production. This includes changing the address. Make sure your address and selection is correct, we do not offer refunds or replacements on orders that are lost.
